UNDERSTAND THE NEW PORTAL
SPEAKING YOUR LANGUAGE

To ensure this portal is truly useful to all residents it must be accessible and understandable to every resident. We have integrated real-time language translation across the entire site.

Using Google Translation, users can change the language of the portal on demand to ensure all residents have access to understandable information.

Click the ORANGE button in the lower right corner, to select a language.

Large visual slides ensure residents can easily understand the content while displaying quick access links to important information from the office and the board of directors.

Resident related access can be found under the “Resident Portal” Heading of the menu, you must be authorized and logged in to access this area.

The Secure Resident Only section offers current residents of PCC88 access to News and Information, Visitor Parking Registration, Maintenance Requests, and more. You will need to subscribe and be authenticated before you will be able to gain access.

RESIDENT PORTAL DASHBOARD

The resident support dashboard is your personal page as a resident. Here you find access to all notices,  resident documents and other important information.

You can also subscribe  to our mailing list, to get the latest news and information delivered right to your inbox.

You also can easily contact the office via email right from the dashboard.

PARKING REGISTRATION

Easy access to visitor parking registration for residents. You must be logged in to use this tool.

Copies of each registration will be sent to both the Security company, Management office, to eliminate any potential dispute of registration.

We are determined to improve over all communication between the Board, Office and our residents. Each month, we will issue a digital newsletter informing all residents of upcoming events, as well as status updates to all current projects, or scheduled maintenance.

We want to know! Here residents can complete surveys, or questionnaires put forth by the office or board to gather important feedback regarding upcoming projects, or issues related to our complex.
